Chef Sherri Stalder is responsible for creating a fun, innovative, and creative culinary experience for the Calvary Chapel Conference Center and Bible College at Murrieta Hot Springs. She received her formal culinary training at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, where she studied under a collection of world class Chef Instructors and the expertise of three Certified Master Chefs.

Sherri performed her internship at the exclusive Canyon Ranch Resort & Spa in Tucson Arizona. At Canyon Ranch, Sherri learned to combine classic technique, fresh ingredients and nutrition into the development of each recipe. This training grounded her desire to provide clean and healthy food, in a fine dining experience.

Since Culinary School Sherri has pursued additional training in the cuisines of the Mediterranean region and Japan, and is currently exploring the cuisines of India.

If the divine creator has taken pains to give us delicious and exquisite things to eat, the least we can do is prepare them well and serve them with ceremony.
