Today she’s showing us how she makes one of our in-house favorites, the Strawberry Rhubarb Tart. Recipe List:

  • 2 1/2 Cups Strawberries
  • 2 1/2 Cups Rhubarb
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp of Corn Starch
  • 1/2 Tsp of Lemon Zest
  • 1/2 Tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tbsp Butter (diced)
  • 1 Pillsbury Pie Crust
