How to Book



Steps to Book a Retreat

Thank you for your interest in using our facility for your next retreat. In order to make the booking process as easy as possible, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the "Calendar" section and find an open date. We have Men's, Women's, and Mixed retreats. Please choose the appropriate type for your retreat. We only book up to one year in advance so if your desired date is not yet listed, please check back when it is only one year out.

2. Once you have a date, please click the link for "Contact Us" on the left, then use the provided email address and let us know that you would like to make a reservation. You do not have to take all of the available slots, only the amount that you can bring. We will enter your group into our calendar "tentatively."

3. After you have emailed or called us, please click on the "register" lind below the login on the left side of the screen. You will be prompted to fill in information about your retreat. This will give us all of the information that we will need to book your group and send you a contract.

4. You will then need to fax or email two items within 7 days.. The first item is a "Statement of Faith." This should outline your groups foundational biblical principles. The second item is a letter from your Senior Pastor. The letter must be from the Senior Pastor only and should clearly state his beleifs about the Holy Spirit. We are not in any way opposed to charismatic groups, however, we do not allow hyper-charismatic groups who practice such things as barking in the spirit, or holy-laughter to book retreats at our facility.

5. Once we have recieved the Statement of Faith and the letter about the Holy Spirit, and we determine that your doctrines and beliefs are in alignment with ours, we will confirm your retreat and change your status from "tentative" to "active." From this time it will take one to two weeks for us to draw up and mail your contract to you.  You are required to mail your signed contract and deposit to us within two weeks after receiving it. If your contract is not returned within two weeks, we will be compelled to cancel your retreat.

6. After we receive your contract, we will fax or email your Information Packet, Special Request Form (SRF) and Rooming. Please fill out, and mail, fax, or email these items back to us within two weeks before your retreat date.

7. Once we receive your SRF, we will contact you one more time to get everything finalized. Then your retreat will begin.
