KEY LEADERSHIP

Will Lynn
Director
Will is the oldest of four boys in a family that practiced a religion loosely related to the Jehovah Witnesses. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the Unites States Air Force and was honorably discharged in 1977. Will later attended the Bible college at Calvary Chapel Vista, and after earning his Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies, he became the assistant pastor to Brian Brodersen, who was the senior pastor of Calvary Chapel Vista at the time. Since then, the Lord has brought him to a myriad of different ministries to which he is now the director of Murrieta Hot Springs Christian Conference Center.
Scott Shiokari
Operations Manager
Scott was born in the Netherlands and was raised in the San Francisco Bay area. After graduating from Biola University in 2011 where he played lacrosse, he married his wife Meghan, who, as an RN, can keep him patched up after mountain biking crashes or soccer injuries. As the Operations Manager, he loves being able to support the saints as they construct their retreats.
Chad LaComb
Facilities Supervisor
Chad is a certified welding fabricator, and oversees the Maintenance Department of Murrieta Hot Springs Christian Conference Center. Ministry, both spiritually and practically, is Chad’s passion - he is a Calvary Chapel pastor that oversees Fully Restored Ministries and has taught at several foreign and domestic Bible colleges. He is married to his best friend Tamara, who is a teacher at Linfield Christian School. They currently live in Murrieta.

Historic Surroundings
Known for its natural hot springs, Murrieta Hot Springs was once a health spa and resort owned by Fritz Guenther. Guenther, a German immigrant, moved to New York with his brother after escaping the Franco-Prussian War. In the year 1902, after moving cross-country, Guenther purchased Murrieta Hot Springs. In the following 30 years, the Guenther family developed the Hot Springs into the ideal world-class resort and spa. In the mid-1900’s, Guenther sold Murrieta Hot Springs. Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa purchased the resort in 1995. Chuck Smith, founder of Calvary Chapel, led a huge restoration project. Wanting to protect and maintain the historicity of the facility, they salvaged as much of the grounds as possible. Murrieta Hot Springs Christian Conference Center has been up and running for almost twenty years now “refreshing the people of God” by offering an oasis for Christians in the greater Southern California area and beyond. The peaceful atmosphere allows for those who come to forget about their cares and retreat with the Lord.
